CHAMPIONSHIP MEET INFORMATION

  • TIME SCHEDULE
  • Our warm up is at 7:00 am-7:40 am We are in the first round of warmups. There will be a second set after for the second half of the teams.

    Timers meeting will be at 8:15

    Then around 8:30 we will have the PARADE OF ATHLETES.Our team will be led by our 5 Senior Swimmers. The first event starts at 9:00 am

  • I am attaching a map of where our team tent is. NO POP UP TENTS will be allowed. Bring chairs, blankets, sunscreen, bug spray, water, food (no glass allowed)
  • There will be food vendors there and a Lemonade vendor. They will have a 50/50 raffle and themed basket raffles. There will also be a merchandise table with items for sale.
  • Food Vendors- There will be THREE vendors on site the day of champs AND pizza provided by RHSR. Two of the vendors are CASH only and one vendor will except VENMO. Food prices range from $5-$15 per item.Menus will be in the programs.

    Taste Budds Cafe will be providing TWO delivery times for coffee, breakfast and lunch. There will be a QR code in the program for patroons to scan and order. The DJ will announce when the food has arrived and parents can head to the designated pick up area.

  • Bathrooms- Officials and worker vu tears must be wearing their passes to enter the bathrooms.
  • Officials & Coaches can use the Bath House. Parent Volunteers can use the Executive Trailer Bathrooms. Swimmers and everyone else can use the Porta Potties by the team tents.

  • Please bring stuff to keep younger swimmers occupied in/around the tent. We do not want them to miss their swims.
  • We are responsible for keeping our tent area clean and cleaning it up after the meet.
  • Red Hook Champs Committee will be wearing bright pink shirts. They will circulate around during the day to answer any questions.
