Practice Policies
- Be on time and ready to be in the pool by 8:00 am.
- Swimmers need to be picked up by 9:40 am.
- All swimmers, coaches and staff must abide by the DUSO Code of Conduct, which includes sportsmanship and appropriate language.
- Practice will be held in the rain, but not in thunder or lightning. Any updates will be sent via the Remind app.
- If you have questions or concerns regarding your child's swimming, please wait until the end of practice or meets to speak to a coach. Do not interrupt the coaches during practice or while coaching.
